Educating yourself is the key to building your business and setting your business apart!  Learning wedding photography is its own unique genre, and it's something that I'm passionate about and have taken many years to learn.  I've found that it is most helpful to learn in an interactive way so you can participate hands on and retain what you are learning!  Kerri loves to create community as much as she can, both in an online group for her students as well as in person, as she does not only 1-on-1 but also small group workshops.  It's helpful to know there are others right there with you, learning and growing alongside you!  And Kerri loves being a part of your journey.

Kerri Lynne has been passionate about education since college, where she started by studying elementary education and transitioned into a full time photographer and business owner.  Over the years, Kerri has been taught by Katelyn James, Justin & Mary, and other industry leaders that helped her on her own self-learning journey.  Kerri established her own successful business in the Hudson Valley, where she lived and worked for 8 years before moving to Central New York.  Now, she loves sharing what she has learned, specifically in lighting (both natural and off-camera flash), posing clients, and photographing all the different parts of a wedding day.  She also loves consulting photographers about how to tell their story and market themselves and their brand.  Often times it takes work to understand the core and WHY behind what we do - and Kerri loves to help you communicate well, to become not only an amazing photographer but a relatable business owner that others will be attracted to!
